Jam Week
I had to attend a couple of meetings for the Jam Week, and had a couple of notes that I had done within the weeks, so I can evaluated for what I wanted to do with my future, or the projects they had done can be inspired for the final major project. I also make a jam week animations as the portfolio.
Jam Week interviews
There were screenshots of the interviews that I had joined and the brief evaluations for what I had heard from the guests of the media industry, some had some professional work in one company, some worked more freely from different companies and some others online. They capable to flexible between the work was something I could had learnt when doing projects in colleges or personally.
JAH DIGGA (Rapper/Entrepreneur) and DERRY SHILLITTO (Filmmaker)


They were type of role where that they started from a normal social media posting, and had a lot of thought process for newer ideas and getting the work done with the writings. Jah was mainly produce music video without any ai assitances which was a better for express his creativity on the musics, also with the video editing with Derry.
The cultural thing was also important for Jah and Derry since people had under-appreciates to the people who is behind the scene of the music video, he even collab with different creative people that were for making things without ai assets with the musics or video editing.
FABIO DE PAOLA (Photographer)


Fabio is a freelance photographer for family and casual people that were around the places that were different point, and it was focused on portrait photograph, that e deal with a lot of people in different point of the time. Fabio also collab with different journalist for making magazines with his photos.
The location shoot was necessary for the angle, lighting, and the positions of the place. When going on outdoor locations for photograph, which mainly the sunlight as the source, a couple of the times that were for the people to rightfully positions themselves for the photograph. And indoor locations, studio light was used for photograph.As all of the photos were use for magazines which was collab with the journalist.
As the photographer, Fabio had to flexible in locations in some of the times with different locations, which move around different cities or countries for the photo with the clients, it was fun for him to do that
LAURA TOFARIDES/Adam (Aardman Animator)


Luara was not there, but Adam who is from the same animation team behind "Wallace and Gromet", "Shawn the sheep", and more stop motion series or films, which his team was about taking some of the animation in saparately in production, 3D model some of the scenes after the sketches with creative apps during the making of different series of stop motions. It took a long time of the team of course, which had the fun of making sure it was done on time for 2 to 3 years of productions.
It also had a lot of great time for them to talked about how the animation, how the worked around the sketches panel to the finish animated film at last.
JAKE GARNER (BBC Sports Commentator)

SARAH ASHWORTH (Production Assistant, Sherwood)
Jake is a freelance BBC Sports Commentator, who has covered a lot of locations when there have been events or stories that were involved in sports, and also sometimes insights into the crews of sports.
Jake started at the radio journey during the University time, with the production of the radio. I have had a couple of work experiences, and Jake also volunteered in a TV studio. It was one thing after another before becoming a sports journalist, a long way with the people around the workspace in journalism; He enjoys the flexibility of being a part of the community for the people around the place.
The desire to do the work was fulfilled through the part of journalism where he wrote in a notebook for making journal entries. He had the freedom to cover different parts of the events and radio for commentary, which was related to his work as a freelance journalist.
He is properly making sense of the interactions between real life and social media, which accessibility allows him to understand online, what people engage with in the comment sections of every post on social media.

Sarah is in the Industry for TV and film at Netflix, which had worked for 12 years, and it has been a long time since their suggestions from a friend. At the start of the work, she is quite lucky because her friend happens to be a production manager, so Sarah became the direct, and she feels brilliant to learn about TV and film.
Sarah was an assistant director, who had a lot of things about directors, which manage different assistants of director for the film, manage different scenes and imaginations with the production for the film, which means she goes with all the planning with the production for the whole cast, including makeups, clothing, timing, and getting everyone ready on the set. It is part of her production.
Her choice of career was influenced by talking to her friends; at the same time, she did not want to work long hours, which was one of the brilliant things that was an important part of the TV show production. And the steps of the opportunity for the assistant director were the connections through people in real life and online.
EVIE OSBON (Theatre Writer and Director)

Evie is a theatre writer and a director of the creative team of the historical part of the theatre for anyone who works between going and becoming a theatre career. They allow the existing part of what they can think of the importance of the skill, and the important part of making up for the theatrical act.
They were going between parts of education and jobs around and completed with the theatre part, which put the idea through themselves while having a late-diagnosed neurodegenerative disease. This has given the flexibility for telling the story through the artist.
Of course, it was a bit challenging with the important part of things that they had something with ADHD, with the time schedules and knowing what they were looking for or scheduling to practice for acting. They always wanted to become the drama therapist for the people who were an important part of the drama, who were the best.
DOLLY HUGHES (Digital Marketer, TANK)


Dolly is from Germany, and she was focused on digital marketing and selling something on social media. It was a broad thing and overlooked content; it is the middle of three jobs at once: branding management, social management, and creative management. Which had involved strategy in the ideation.
It is often a lot of work around the place, which had a lot of the marketing for the audiences on social media, guiding a lot of things that were involved with the solid foundations for the budget and stuff.
What had the spreading towards parts of the focusing on the parts where it had cost a lot of the things when doing part of the teams of the company, it granded the idea for the team or the company. Dolly also focused on the authenticity of thinking about the idea with her brain, besides AI.
DAVID SEVERN (Photographer)

David is a photographer who focused on the lever, landscape and landstill photograph. And there were lots of photographs with different places and emotions for the best. He was a bit of an out-of-focus child before he had the idea for photographing someone when his college tutor introduced him to photography. And looking up photography online had given David different parts to focus on, which had lots of interesting things, mostly were portrait, some were buildings that were for the
David had a lot of trouble getting along with different creative fields, and felt the downbeat in his hometown without the perspective of the photograph, and when hehad a different perspective on photography and had the important part of the emotions within the photograph.
He time to time go to some abandoned mines for some photograph, which show the history of the mine that were for the interesting part of different feeling, which including weird places that wasn't appeal with the people that were for the interesting things that were important ideas for concepts that had for the part of the things that were important for the concepts. Despite he had the time flexible, yet had to get out from work constantly from some important events.
KATHERINE LINDHORST (Gameplay Animator) and QUE CHAN (Concept Artist), Dambusters Studios

Katherine Lindhorst and Que Chen are the She was a 2D artist and animator before shifting to a 3D animator for game art and character design. She learnt creative media and stuff, mainly created a lot of the graphic design and illustration for something.
They got a lot of creative control for the animations that were for the important part of the game. It took time to finish a set with the movement testing for the characters and artwork for the game assets.
When they are working on the games, they spend a lot of time on the production despite the lack of research online, and so far, they are matching a lot of creativity for the gaming creations, but the trade-off is not playing games that much when making games.
Game work and animations are kind of a language of creation that needs to be learnt for the animations, understanding to be done with the flaws for the key poses in between animations. Even though 2D animations are drawn frame by frame on the concept, 3D animations can be computer-generated, with the motions after moving the key poses and parts, then refining the animation by hand to make it more fluid.
They thought of making an indie game since University. And a lot of portfolios with the artworks and the animations for the industry. Also, they were against the AI-generated stuff.
DAMBUSTERS WOMEN IN GAMES PANEL (Lydia Cockerham, Abbie Willett, Liz Baird)
They work in the game industry, focusing on game design, narrative, and animation. This often leads them to key roles in many games. Some did not come from a game design course, while others studied animation, which is related to the digital design industry in game design.
Before moving into game design, animation, or narrative, they found jobs in other areas. Recently, they have tested different recruitment methods to improve parts of game development.
In recent years, they were hoping that there are more requirements of the balance of male, female, and non-binary balance on the game design industry, and they noticed that there were more females handling the game design industry. They enjoy developing games that are for the general audience, which makes the best games, and have the magic when making the game with the best creative freedom at all, with animations on the character to make the important and best part of the character movement.
EMMA GRAY (Writer/Director)
Emma is a Writer/Director of the video production. She attended the drama class during college, and then she focused on all aspects of the filming part of the social media platform, which showed that she had emerged from the industry for filmmaking production. There were a lot of the things that were important for being the diretor was time management, being confident, and getting through with the important part of the
She had a lot of ideas for making films with her directing for the film industry, which had a lot of important parts of being herself when on camera. She showed an immediate response to the legislature for the important part of the filming production when shown to others.
